This notice contains the Data Management Policy of the operator (hereinafter: Operator) of the website en.spanyolnyar.hu (hereinafter: Website).
It provides essential information regarding the processing, handling, and storage of the personal data of visitors (hereinafter: User), as well as the Users’ rights and the ways to enforce them.

3. Legal Basis, Scope, Purpose, and Duration of Data Processing

3.1 Legal Basis

User consent pursuant to §5 of Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.

3.2 Scope of Data Processed

The Website does not require Users to provide personal data.

  • During use, the following information may be automatically logged: IP address of the User’s computer
  • Start and end time of the visit
  • Browser and operating system information (depending on User settings)

These log files are not linked with other personal data and are used solely for website development.

The Website features a Message Form allowing the User to send messages regarding the content or services of the Website. To send a message, the User must provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Sending a message constitutes voluntary consent to data processing.

The Website may place cookies on the User’s device to simplify identification and future visits.
Users can delete or block cookies in their browser settings or via the Cookie Information page.

3.3 Purpose of Data Processing

Data will only be used to:

  • Respond to User inquiries or requests for quotes, and clarify them later if needed

  • Further optimise the Website to better suit User needs

The data is stored in an internal system accessible only to the Operator’s staff.
Data will not be used for other purposes.

3.4 Duration of Data Processing

Data provided (name, email, phone number) will be processed until the User requests deletion.
If the User rejects an offer, their data will be deleted immediately.

Messages received through the Website may also be stored in the admin system for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.

4. Data Security

Data is stored on dedicated servers in the server room of Rackhost Zrt. in Hungary, protected by security measures.

The Website uses HTTPS encryption to ensure messages cannot be intercepted.

5. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

The Operator reserves the right to modify this policy. The latest version will always be available on the Website. Users must check the Website periodically to stay informed about changes.

6. User Rights

Users may request information about data processing, access their stored data, and request correction or deletion. The Operator will fulfil such requests within 5 working days.

Users may object to data processing under the relevant laws.
