Payment process and cancellation terms for Calahonda
Please transfer 25% of the total booking amount within 3 days after the booking confirmation, to the bank account specified in the finalized confirmation.
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. In this case, the amount paid at booking will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
If the booking is cancelled during the period from 90 to 45 days before arrival, the 25% deposit paid at booking cannot be refunded. The remaining full booking amount must be transferred by the 45th day before arrival, thereby finalizing the booking.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 25% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 8 days before arrival, unfortunately no refund can be provided.
The booking fee can be transferred via bank transfer, or also using Revolut or Wise.
On site, upon key handover, a one-time cleaning fee of €140 per stay must be paid in cash. This is mandatory; you cannot clean yourself. For bookings of 7 nights or more, the €140 final cleaning fee does not have to be paid. For stays shorter than 7 nights the €140 final cleaning fee must be paid.
A one-time deposit of €150 must be paid to the person handing over the keys, which will be refunded at key return if there is no damage in the apartment.
There are no additional costs on site at key handover.
