Please transfer 25% of the total booking amount within 3 days after receiving the booking confirmation, to the bank account provided in the final confirmation.
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. In this case, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded after deducting bank fees.
If you cancel between 90 and 45 days before arrival, the 25% deposit paid at the time of booking cannot be refunded.
The remaining balance of the total booking amount must be transferred by the 45th day before departure, thereby finalizing the reservation.
If you cancel within 45–30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within 30–8 days before arrival, 25% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within 8 days before arrival, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund.
The booking fee can be paid via bank transfer, or using Revolut or Wise.
At the key handover on site, a one-time cleaning fee of €70 per stay must be paid in cash. This fee is mandatory; self-cleaning is not allowed.
For bookings of at least 7 nights, the €70 final cleaning fee is waived. For stays shorter than 7 nights, the €70 cleaning fee must be paid.
A refundable deposit of €100 must be paid in cash to the representative handing over the keys. This amount will be returned at the end of your stay when the keys are handed back, provided no damage has occurred in the apartment.
There are no additional costs payable on-site at the key handover.
