The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people, but we accept a maximum of 6 guests without charging any additional fees.

We cannot accept more than 6 guests, not even for an extra charge.

Upon arrival, at the time of key handover, a one-time cleaning fee of 140 EUR per stay must be paid in cash. This fee is mandatory; self-cleaning is not allowed. For bookings of 7 nights or more, the 140 EUR final cleaning fee does not need to be paid. For stays shorter than 7 nights, the 140 EUR final cleaning fee must be paid.

At arrival, the electricity meter will be read together, and before departure it will be checked again.

Electricity consumption up to 15 kWh per day is free of charge. If consumption during the stay exceeds the daily limit of 15 kWh, the amount above the limit must be paid at checkout. Electricity prices in Spain are high, and this rule is necessary due to unnecessary all-day use of the air conditioner and the rooftop jacuzzi. The given daily limit is more than sufficient, as the apartment is equipped with energy-saving systems.
