Minimum stay: 3 nights
Final cleaning fee, payable on-site in cash: 70 EUR
Security deposit upon arrival: 100 EUR, which is refunded at departure if no damage has occurred in the apartment.
Kitchen cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. Before departure, washing the dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery is mandatory.
At arrival, the electricity meter will be read together, and before departure it will be checked again.
Electricity consumption up to 15 kWh per day is free of charge. If consumption during the stay exceeds the daily limit of 15 kWh, the excess amount must be paid at checkout. Electricity prices in Spain are high, and this rule is necessary due to air-conditioning usage. The given daily limit is more than sufficient, as the apartment is equipped with energy-saving systems.
