House Rules – Benalmadena

By sending your booking request, you are considered to have accepted the house rules described on the site.

The shared pool of the holiday complex may be used between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Check-in to the apartment is possible from 3:00 PM at the earliest.

On departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:30 AM, including the handover of the keys.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

All doors and windows must be closed when leaving the apartment, even for short periods.

Pets cannot be accommodated in the apartment.

Listening to loud music is also not preferred.

Quiet hours in the entire holiday complex are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise, music, or any activity that may disturb others is not allowed.

Upon arrival, the electricity meter will be read together with the guest, and it will be checked again before departure. Electricity consumption up to 15 kWh per day is free of charge. If consumption during the stay exceeds the daily limit of 15 kWh, the amount above the limit must be paid at check-out. Electricity costs in Spain are high, and due to air conditioning use, this rule is necessary. The daily limit is generally more than sufficient, as the apartment is equipped for energy-efficient operation.
