House Rules for Calahonda
By submitting a booking you accept the rules listed on this page.
The common pool in the holiday complex may be used from 08:00 to 20:00.
Arrival in the apartment is possible from 15:00 at the earliest.
Departure (including key hand-over) must be completed by 10:30.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
When leaving the apartment—even for a short time—doors and windows must be locked.
Pets cannot be accommodated in the apartment.
Loud music and other noise disturbing others is not preferred.
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00 throughout the holiday complex. During this period, no loud activity, music or other disturbance is permitted.
Using your private rooftop Jacuzzi is permitted during quiet hours, but only in silent mode.
Showering is mandatory before using the Jacuzzi.
Eating or drinking in the Jacuzzi is prohibited.
Kitchen cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. Before departure, washing dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware is mandatory.
A dishwasher is available in the apartment so the above should not be difficult.
At arrival, during hand-over of keys, the electricity meter is read jointly; again before departure there is a joint check. The apartment’s electricity consumption up to 15 kWh per day is free. If consumption during your stay exceeds the daily 15 kWh, the excess must be paid at check‐out. (This rule is needed because electricity costs in Spain are high and running the air-conditioning and the rooftop Jacuzzi all day is unnecessary; the apartment is equipped for energy-efficient use.)
